Nach der Ankunft ging es mit Eimern und Apfelpfl\u00fccker ausgestattet gleich auf die Streuobstwiese. Mit gro\u00dfem Einsatz sammelten die Kinder in kurzer Zeit viele \u00c4pfel und ernteten sogar die reifen \u00c4pfel von ganz oben aus dem Baum. Anschlie\u00dfend konnten sie sich auf dem gro\u00dfen Spielplatz des Umweltzentrums austoben. Danach ging es zum leckeren Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit Vollkornbrot, regionalem Obst und Gem\u00fcse, selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Honig vom Imker aus Stapelfeld. Und nat\u00fcrlich durfte auch ein Apfelsaft aus 100% Frucht nicht fehlen! Manche Kinder schafften davon 5 Gl\u00e4ser!<\/p>\n<p>Frisch gest\u00e4rkt ging es nun wieder nach drau\u00dfen, um den gro\u00dfen Garten des Umweltzentrums mit dem Labyrinth, dem Hochsitz, dem gro\u00dfen Teich mit Piratenschiff und die Heidschnucken zu erkunden. Zum Schluss wartete noch das Highlight auf die Kinder: aus den selbst geernteten \u00c4pfeln wurde Apfelsaft hergestellt. Mit gro\u00dfem Geschick schnitten die Kinder \u00c4pfel in kleine St\u00fccke und f\u00fcllten sie in die Saftpresse. Dann durfte jedes Kind einmal drehen. Das war gar nicht so einfach!
